guru7777is inspired by Mikiko. Reason: "Mikiko not only created a wonderful physique through hard work but she is shows more passion for body sculpting, muscular endurance training... "
She is proof that you can have a great physique after 40 and it is proven by the fact that today she is listed as the most inspirational women on the site so many other people agree with me. Also she is a shows alot of disipline with her diet.
1. To achieve the physique he has dispite his obstacles is inspiring. 2. It looks as though he works out 7 days a week which is my favorite amount of days to train and he shows that you can have a great physique with a 7 day training program.
hey guru! if he is doing good than i wouldnt worry about switching his food. when he slows down put him on senior food, until then, if it aint broke dont fix it!
very true. im a perfect example of working but not eating right! but I am getting better, except for the damn cookie i just ate! haha i was doing pretty damn good on diet for a few weeks! retarded sometimes! :)
haha he should get with my ex husband! they could drink and tell stories! not much of a drinker myself anymore, drank enough in college to last me a life time, then being married to an alcoholic, kind of makes it undesirable!
thanks so much man. really trying to make it happen. encouragement from quality muscle like you makes me want to succeed even more. keep doing it to it!
