Hey man,
awesome development. i have a question for you. by the looks of it i have an identical case of pectus excavatum as you do. i'm a beginner, but I find my pectus side pec and delt to be weaker than the normal side. do/did you have the same problem and if so how have you overcome that?

Cheers for the comment, i do weighted crunches,for my abs, along with cardio
