Overall Goal: I have lost several weights due to more endurance training, swimming, and running for cardio that I've performed. I wanna be fit, healthy, strong, in a great shape for the rest of my life

I always want to get perfect shape and athletic that everybody dreams of. I began weightlifting in my 20 y.o. I train hard on the gym. I want to be strong as well.
Why I Love It:
Feeling damn good after each training session and I love the way I look in the mirror with my clothes off.
How I Stay Motivated:
It feels good after working out. I also love how the muscles look after training. Fitness and Bodybuilding are my lifestyle and I don't want to sacrifice my health and be out of shape
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining strength and having physique above average people that make me stand out from the crowd, especially family and friends

Goal (Long):
I wanna be a fitness model or even a pro one. and hopefully to compete in bodybuilding
great abs and commited to training. She's been the top viewed profile on bodyspace as well. She also shows that age doesn't realy matter for anyone to start exercise and get in shape.
Description: It's just me doing chin ups / Pull ups in between sets to keep my heart rate up

Yes I do and I do cardio as well..eating stratedgy is to keep it as clean as possible need to stay lean to do the pull-ups and modeling:) Hope you are doing great..CHEERS
takin a break from competing until Nov - depends on health and what my trainer says - so more than likly am breaking for awhile and goin for pro card next fall :)
