How I Started:
Picked up my first weight, and that was it, I've been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
After I have a solid workout and leave the gym I feel a stong sense of accomplishment. Weight training has given me a drive and discipline that trancends far beyond the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
When you finally achieve a goal that you have set for yourself, it is the best feeling in the world, driving you to push forward.

I want to re-gain the physique I had at this time last year.
Goal (Long):
Over the past 4 months I have let life take presidence over being healthy and making time for the gym. Now it's time for my triumphant comeback! I want to lose the body fat I have put on over the winter, becoming a lean 180 - 185 lbs. I would like to get my bench press up to 250 for sets of 10. Biceps: I would like to be curling 110 lbs for sets of 10. With the discipline I know I have I should be able to do this within 90 Days
It's been a while since I posted an entry, so there is some noteworthy things to tell. First off, training is going spectacular, my intensity level at the gym has increased dramatically. Partially due to some new supplements I have started taking, and partially the motivation of my hard...
Thanks for the support. I didn't train during the fast but will be starting with cardio today and weight training on Thursday. My Energy throughout the fast was pretty low mostly I felt like sleeping but the first day off the fast I had a huge energy surge that made me want to go run laps around the track.
