Good transformation in just 3 months. Trimmed the waist and hardened the midsection and broader shoulders and nice definition on chest. Continued success. Andre

Yo man! Not a bad physique but do something with the hair which is a distraction! Skin it sides and back and brush the top forward and gel it, like a Caesar/French crop (in UK). It will make you look awesome! Colin, UK trainer
