I was so fat I couldn't walk up the stairs without nearly passing out. After a bad binge with drugs, alcohol and eating, I made a decision to beat the statistics and become a success.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gives me self-confidence to know that I can do it. I love the feeling of being sore and the high after a long and intense cardio session.
How I Stay Motivated:
I refuse to believe I can't achieve my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost over 100lbs so far. I've stuck to this longer than anything in my life and believe I've truly found something I'm passionate about. I love health, fitness and wellness. Forever will this be the way I live my life.

Refuse to accept defeat!
My goal is to get to 15 - 18% body fat by June 1st of 2009.
Goal (Long):
In August of 2007 I weighed in at 375lbs. I'm 6'2" and had a 56" waste and roughly 43% body fat, maybe more! I started working out with a personal trainer and by November of 07 I got pretty serious about my diet. I was 364 that novemeber over the next 10 monthes I lost over 80lbs. I am making this page starting at 287 lbs and 26 - 28% body fat. My goal is to get to 15% body fat by June 1st of 2009!
congrats on turning your life around for the better man. you've come a long way and i'm sure you will continue to get closer to your goals. i'll be checking back to see how that p90x is working for ya. good luck bro
