I started working out consistenly in Feb 2006. I ate a 1500 calorie a day diet and lost 10 pounds that month. In March I started Body for Life and lost an additional 35 pounds of fat and gained 16 pounds of muscle.
So today (the 13th) I just did some aerobics/kick boxing in the living room... I did an hour yesterday after hearing I didn't get a job I wanted... It was really rough... I really just wanted to start drinking, but I didn't, not even one drop. Instead I just worked out and told myself...

Well you look good for having been on a hiatus lol. I couldn't do it. I have to go to the gym everyday. I feel like i'm shrinking and get really cranky if i miss a day.
