I FIRST LOST 130 POUNDS IN A YEAR THEN WHEN I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO START LIFTING AND I STARTED GETTING MY STRENGTH SOME POWERLIFTERS NOTICED ME AND I NOTICED THEM... WORKED OUT WITH THEM TO TRY SOMETHING NEW AND WAS HOOKED, TRAINED FOR A YEAR AND THEN DECIDED I WAS READY TO COMPETE... THE REST IS IN THE TROPHIES
Why I Love It:
I LOVE POWERLIFTING BECAUSE ITS ALL ABOUT PUSHING YOURSELF TO LIFT MORE THAN YOU DID BEFORE!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I LOOK AT HOW I WAS AND HOW I CAN BE... I HAVE COME A LONG WAYS BUT THERE IS STILL A LONGER WAY I CAN GO
I AM A POWERLIFTER BUT CAN APPRECIATE THE WORK OF A BODYBUILDER... I AM SIMPLY LOOKING TO CONSTANTLY BETTER MYSELF FOR MY SPORT!!!!
Goal (Long):
I EVENTUALLY WOULD LIKE TO BREAK A WORLD RECORD IN ONE OF MY LIFTS AND THEN EVENTUALLY IN ALL THREE... I WANT ALL MY NUMBERS TO BE OVER 600 WHILE STAYING IN THE 198 WEIGHT CLASS!!!!

ITS A CYCLE FOCUSING ON MY THREE MAIN LIFTS THAT I COMPETE AT...
1- BENCH 3 WEEKS AT HEAVY 8'S ON MONDAY THEN 50 PERCENT SPEED BENCH FOCUSING MORE ON TECH ALSO ON THURSDAY, THEN GO TO HEAVY THREES THEN HEAVY SINGLES AND THEN SUIT UP AND WORK ON COMANDS-- THEN I FOLLOW TO THE NEXT THREE WEEKS...
Well, i plan on competing next year in June so i really want to bring my upper body up and just have better conditioning. Doing figure shows and eventually want to compete in lightweight bodybuilding if i can get the body up to par. When is your next meet?
