I used to be very skinny. I've always been interested in muscles and muscle-building. In highschool I became friends with a guy who had been doing some weightlifthing for a while. As I was interested in what he was doing he introduced me to the whole thing. I got myself a membership at the local gym where he also used to workout. I was very insecure and afraid in the beginning, but my friend helped me out alot. He showed me how to perform each and every exercise in my program. He gave me good eating and workout tips. After a few months I was more or less "on my own", doing fine:)
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get from doing a proper workout, feeling exhausted and knowing that you've done a good thing for yourself. To start of with I had a lack of self-confidence, as a result of having many people telling me how skinny I was etc. As I started lifting weights I got some results. Going further into the "game" I got more and more results over time. It increased my self-confidence ALOT. I love workingout because of the feeling you get from being exhausted, and the confidence boost I've gotten from it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at "before and after" pictures that I've taken. I also think of the compliments I've got from friends, family and others.
BB Accomplishments:
Hm hard one. I think it has to be the whole "transformation" going from a skinny toothpick, weighing about 114pounds and going to a 176pounds guy with a decent bodyfat%.
