Just stopping by to see how things are going (training and the diet) mines is going good. I started going to the gym twice to day. I did close to 9 miles of cardio between the treadmill and the elliptical. Im moving back to day shift which is good…
So many people need to overcome damage of one sort or another and bodybuilding and fitness are great ways to feel good about yourself again. I wish you much continued success and look forward to watching yur progress.
That's the hardest thing for me, too. I'll eat sweets before I even think about it--then I'm like, dang, I really didn't mean to do that. It's a HARD habit to break.
...The people on this site so generous!! Dawn Melanie, Phearless, and FlexAppeal have been helpful in getting me to try new workouts, learn more about nutrition, and just there say 'keep going'. Think about the big picture. Don't think about those days or weeks of poor eating, think about getting back on track ASAP and staying active-it all adds up.
I don't know what I'm doing. The longer I am on the site the more I have to learn. My biggest advice to you is to ask for help. Let people know you are stuck and need some guidance...
How is everything going. We have alot of the same goals. I am also 5,8", 183 and trying to lose around 30+ pounds. Trying to get myself together by summer! :)
