Well I was a varsity sports athlete in Highschool and I participated in a traveling soccer team since I was 9.My passion is long distance outdoor running. Recently when I got my current job I fell out of shape and now Im trying to get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
As I said I love outdoor distance running. Running takes alot of stress off of me and give me more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I personally stay motivated is that I love fashion so I like to fit into my clothes properly. I also stay motivated by giving myself goals as to how I want to do on my next running 5k,Half-Marathon, or Marathon.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a size 8/9 down to a size 6 since January. Istarted out doing only cardio but I started weight training 6 days a week with only 15 min of H.I.T. cardio
This is my before picture and ill take another on in about 1 month to see my progression. All those holiday treats went right to my thighs and my stomach :(
