When I Started: Jul 2005
HOW I STARTED:
i joined my youngest brother (he's 15 years younger that me) for a workout and the rest is history.
WHY I LOVE IT:
I just love it, because what i have as a reward is a healthy looking body. PD. I love it and I always will!

the way i feel when i'm at the gym is great, pumping my muscles to the max there is nothing else like it. i can't wait the next day to train harder.
