Just great. I'm currently doing the maxtest for my HST-cycle. Diet is working our well too. Now I just have to keep it going!

I found your pow on Rippetoe, Star etc. very interesting. I myself is just about to start a HST-cycle (dominated by multijoínt etc); but your thread got me thinking.
Could you tell me more about your experiences and eventualy post me your current program?
