I am really skinny for my age and want to gain weight. I want to get fit and stay healthy. All my life I've been the short, skinny guy in my class. But It's time for a change. After my doctor said I'm underweight, I've decided to change my life. I want to gain muscle mass, mostly on my chest and arms.

Hi.
I'm glad your found my article to be helpful.
Just do like I do in my article and you'll be flying up the weights! Believe me, if you think it's not working, give it another month.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: EAT!!!!! It's 80% of bodybuilding and I am NOT lying or exaggerating.
