Thanks man. I've been training 10 years now. I've had to change my training style a few times. Used to lift heavy to get big but I had two hernias (they run in my family). My strategy has been to lift moderately heavy weights but based off my core strength (basically building my strength and being patient not lifting crazy weights). How about you?
