3x10 workout.
3 exercises each muscle group.
1 minute rest beween sets, 2 minutes between exercises.
finish with a Tri-dropset, pyramid , reverse pyramid or drop set. 1 exersise each muscle group.
Example:
Back and bi day
finish off with one set of tri dropset for back and one set...

Well, New Year is upon us again. Lets hope to have a great new year, where we all go back to basics, do hard training making ourselves healthier and fitter. It is going to be tough at times, but our commitment will make us stronger.
