My wife actually got me interested awhile before I got really serious with a buddy of mine who kept pushing me to workout.
Why I Love It:
I love the way lifting makes me feel. I like to watch my body change slowly over time. It is addicting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the support of my wife. She has been great in supporting me to reach my goals. I still have a long way to go but I know I will get there.It also helps looking over profiles here and seeing other people acomplish their goals. It only pushes me more because I know I can do it if they can. I just ned to diet a little better and up my cardio.
