HAHAHA You dont have any bf it looks like bro. I started about 10 years ago and my first two years were the most rewarding. Its good that you do cardio afterwards to a certain extent but you really need to comsume some grub within one hour after an intense workout. If you are going to do cardio try to hit the gym twice, once for the pump and anothger for the cardio. Eat = Grow!
Well bro I started out smaller than you and this is just some advice so dont take it that Im trying to tell you what to do. I wouldnt do so much cardio right now. Do maybe 2 days a week for like 30 or 45 minutes just so that you keep your wind and spend the rest of your time strength training. I showed some serious gains in my first 2 years.
