Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 5:19pmI purchased some new workout equipment a week ago and so far I love the response from my body. I bought knee wraps and a weight lifting belt for my back. My current workout program is progressing very well. I’m doing a lot of static and compound lifts. Especially exercises where my arms are extended with weights over my head with large amounts of weight. I’m using my core to stabilize my body, and I pull my abs in tight with every contraction. Also, I’m implementing a lot more rubber bands and kettle balls into my training routine. I alter my cardio regimen every other week. There is 1 week

Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 5:19pmMy 2 week weight loss program is over. I didn’t accomplish the 10lb weight loss goal, however, I did learn a lot about my body in the short period of time. My body has been adapting to my workouts pretty quickly. With that being said, it’s time to change things up a bit. Today, I’m starting a 12 week program and attempt to lose 20+ pounds. Lately I’ve been researching training methods from various backgrounds such as MMA, wrestling, power lifting, and strongman competitions. I plan to reorganize my rep scheme so that I’m only completing about 5-8 reps a set. The poundage’s are going to be i
