When I Started:
Sep, 2004
How I Started:
I always wanted to get bigger, and I knew that moving some weights was my ticket.
Why I Love It:
The many benefits it has on the body, and the self confidence that it builds.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing the fruits of my labor come to lie.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from running 1 mile in 12 minutes, to running 1.5 miles in 9 minutes 42secs. In addition, I competed in a BB show and I've helped people all over the world loose fat and gain muscle. Finally, I'm able to overhead press my own bodyweight.
I like to set realistic goals. I plan to accomplish this goal by eating 7+ meals day. Lifting weights is important, however, not the cornerstone of my weight loss programs. Lifting will occur 4x a week. I cook all of my own food once a week. I marinade, sauté, boil, and bake the food I consume. I plan to have protein shakes to help me get in the required daily meals. I love carbs but I’ll try to reduce them by 25%. I will also rely on fish oil, and green tea capsules to give me that extra boast. I plan to write progress reports along the way so stay tuned for some realistic weight loss tips. Have faith!
I purchased some new workout equipment a week ago and so far I love the response from my body. I bought knee wraps and a weight lifting belt for my back. My current workout program is progressing very well. I’m doing a lot of static and compound lifts. Especially exercises where my arms...
School is important and balancing it with your training and life is one of those exercises that can be challenging. I miss it though. lol, my training is going alright. Nutrition is on point as well, especially since I'm not eating pizza everyday.
How much longer you got in school anyway?
I eat constantly... That's the funny part. I'm the second smallest SF on my flight but the biggest eater. Main thing is I have a super high metabolism and group PT is mainly running so I burn off everything I get from eating. I've been pounding down protein and carbs like crazy but it's finally starting to show some progress so I'll just try and keep it up.
sup man, yea the weight loss was a bit too effective. I ended up losing about 30 lbs since I got to this base but I'm the leanest I've even been. I've been trying to hit the gym as much as I can but the SF work schedule limits my gym time.
Nice one. Northpole Alaska, do you need visas to go there :D
Nice bling you got on you shoulder you are MMA fan what type of martial arts you prefer to toture you victims?
I have a problem with my right elbow when with extensions. I have to limit the range of motion so I try to go heavier. I don't know a better exersise than close grip bench for mass (with the exception of maybe dips)what excersises are you doing for other body parts?
