How I Started:
I started working out for football with my dad at the age of 12. I continued to train for football until the age of 19 when I was forced into retirement after my 4th knee injury. Soon after this I discovered body building and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because of the control and self discipline it teaches you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated by the person I see every morning in the mirror. I am constantly striving to reach my full potential which is unlimited.

My trainer told me to start recording may diet so here goes... 

 July 29th, 2009

Meal #1: 7am, 6 egg whites w/ketchup & 3 pieces of whole wheat toast, 1 cup of fat free contage cheese. 1 16 oz. Sugar Free Redbull.

Meal #2: 10:30am, 3 scoops of GNC's whey protein w/16oz...
