Goal (Long):
I've come along way since being 305 lbs and now weighing in 197.5 pounds. I want to get my body fat % down to 15% or less. Getting the last bit of fat off has been the most challenging process. I know I can do it. I make changes reguarly that have positive influences on my physique. I'm back to my morning workouts which works the best for me in loosing weight and I've cut my carbs down to 30 grams or less per day. I've also added a 2 mile run prior to my workouts which come from Crossfit.com.

hahaha! I feel ya brotha! was at anaconda for a few months a coupla years ago. Spent the rest of my time in Ramadi. Demobed last week...2 and out. Been home a week, and still ain't used to it!!
