Saw Arnold's bodybuilding book first and then got into it when I decided I wanted a body comparable to his. I'm currently deployed to the desert, and working on shaping my body for the first time ever!
Why I Love It:
Gives me a body people envy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Remember all the people who told me I couldn't do it. My workout partner pushes me and helps to guide me. It's easier with a workout partner who shares your dreams.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet, but i just started. It won't be too long before i see some significant results.

ok time to get back in shape. i tore my ACL and put on way too much weight. this is gonna be tough but here we go!
Goal (Long):
ok by the end of february i should be back to decent shape. I'm gonna try to get back around 175 and build up clean. I tore my ACL about a year ago and now i gotta pay for letting myself go. So back to the GYM!
so i'm new to bodybuilding, and i don't understand this offseason-onseason stuff. I have three months to hit my goal, should i gain a lot of wieght and then lose the fat, or just gain lean muscle the whole time? My goal is to get a LOT bigger than i am now. Any advice?
