What's up man? Still looking good. Wife must be happy! I escaped the Deid early for a family emergency and never went back. I've lifted but have only been to the gym once and that was during my 2 days of inprocessing. It felt great to be back in a real gym. I need to get back in since I've been drinking a lot lately. Well, keep hitting it hard. TTYL.
im usually at the gym around 345 or 4 oclock every day monday through friday. wednesday and fridays though im going to start just running but the other days im lifting
I ran once the other day for the mandatory PT haha I really gotta start though because the 18th I go to the new training and will have to do the PT test, what shift are you on?
Glad you made it out alive lol. Not too much longer for me. 26 more days or maybe even sooner! It's tougher to keep it up when you get home cuz of work and slackers that take a lot of leave. Keep it up. The heat sucks btw. It's wicked humid this month. Sucks!
sup Jr, still hitting the gym? I am on days so I get to go after work every day for at least the next month while my wife isn't working. Hopefully when she does get a job it'll be something to where she's off in the evenings so I can keep at it.
