I started working out when I realized it really is true that you can't change your body on diet alone. My brother started building massive amounts of muscle and since we are such competitive siblings, I couldn't let him be the only one gaining strength!! Now we can both bench over our weight and are proud of each others accompishments (I still think im the hotter one, haha )
Why I Love It:
I love the burn of lifting to failure! Its something I have become very passionate about and has become the only way to live. Its very reassuring to me to not only see how much my body has changed but also when I can feel the affects of my workout. I workout everyday, not just for the physical affects but mentally too. I can't have a good day if I haven't lifted at all. I feed off the energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im hard on myself, if I miss a day or cut a workout short I beat myself up over it. Guilt is a strong motivator. My own negative thoughts are all the motivation I need. All negativity makes me want to work harder. I am and always will be a fighter. If anyone, including myself, gets in my way, its go time baby!!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?

What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
Just like so many other things in life, eating right and training right is a hard path to follow. Especially considering the worlds twisted views of what "right" is. When I started paying attention to everything I put in my mouth, it was after I had my son. I had gone from under 100...
