Why I like this video: This is my gym, it actually did turn out that way once they built it. Loads of Cardio stuff weights section ended up smaller but pretty neat techno gym system that tracks performance on all machines
I have worked with Clients stuck in behavioral Traps for Years, I first got in to NLP and Hypnosis as part of exploring ways through the bad Paterns of behavior people i was working with got themselfs in too.
I didn't make any efforts to connect or apply anything i lerned in to my fitness...
I Do a 3 day split, Chest and arms, Back and Shoulders, Legs. with cardio every time and abs every other day. I repeat befor the full week is out some everything gets hit at least once but usualy twice.
ya you dont see a lot of guys that are over 6'0 and even remotely serious about bodybuilding. Honestly, the longer limbs pose a serious genetic disadvantage. But we work with it and move on. What are your goals?
If your in a real rush you can drink your egg whites too! I drink 16oz of egg whites every morning since I dont have time to make them. Good luck with all your goals!
