I've always worked towards fitness. However, after becoming a member at Gold's, I was inspired by bodybuilders that I met. They have been a great inspiration.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy bodybuilding for its benefits: the aesthetics, increased confidence, and health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I maintain motivation, by rotating gyms. Each gym has different equipment. Plus, the various bodybuilders that I have met definitely serve as a source of inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
I finally made it to 235 lbs. lol I've always been a lightweight.

Thats what is man. Good to know your recovering from your injury. Gicve me holler when your down this way. Maybe we can go hit the gym while your down.
thank u sir.. im tryin really hard! my job title brings me down as i have to run alot but im tryin to work my eating and keepin my calorie intake high. do u have any tips?
Thats a good idea.I got no time for anything it seems any more.I carry a tub of protein powder so that I can mix any time I need.I used to cook food for days, but it was cheaper & easier to manage protein shakes for me.Arms,I do alot of preachers & cable hammers. Tri's,skull crushers & extensions with rope off of pulleys.Pulleys let you carry more weight.Abt 4-5 sets 10-15 reps per.Don't forget they get worked with back and chest, especially when u go heavy on 'em.Keep it up bro.Lookin good.
By the way, thank you on behalf of her and myself. I do appreciate the comment. As far as arms go, my philosophy is very simple; eat and train big in order to get big. No holds barred!
I'm about to take my superpump250 wait 45 minutes and hit my weights here at the house like a man trying to grow. I'm trying to reach my 210 goal by the end of the year and as close to a 56 chest as I can get.
