I follow his ectomorph (hardgainer) workout religiously,, ive been in the gym for years,,never seen these type of results,, this man knows bodybuilding.

I am very happy to report that after WEEKS of eating everthing in sight AND lifting like a gorilla. I have gained ONE pound. Yep! ONE! You can see it in my progress pic. Better hurry cause it might not last! Lol! Happy Weekend!
Im finding that out, now that I know what works for me. I read a bunch of articles on this site and changed up my routine and got out of my "plateau mode". Great progress pics!! Keep up the good work. :o)
