I quit smoking 10 years ago. It was one of the hardest things I ever did. I hardly ever think about smoking now, and if I get an urge, it's minor and fleeting. Someone I know who is a heavy smoker and has been all of her life, once askedĀ for advice on quiting and if I ever craved cigarrettes....
