I have always liked to work out but now it has become a LOVE.Sort of an addiction..feel like I cant go to bed unless I have hit then gym :)
Why I Love It:
There is nothing in life that can give you that feeling you have after an awesome workout.

Honestly, I don't have much ab advice! I've had the V since I was 14 and all I did back then was play Soccer and I had just got into cheerleading.
I probably only average about 25 sit ups a week. (15 hanging leg raises and 10 weighted ones on the decline bench)
My best advice is cardio cardio cardio and keeping your abs tensed through out most of your exercises. Maybe 3 sets of 25 on decline bench with no weight?
