To live a healthy lifestyle, become more active in sports again, and oh yeah get ripped.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose 40 lbs. while retaining what muscle I do have. Learn to live healthier lifestyle, learn more about nutrition...need lots of help in that area. Would also like to learn more about yoga and other forms of fitness/training....so any help is much appreciated.

Any luck w/ the neck? I've kept up w/ behind the back shrugs, regular shrugs, and then the hand/arm resistance against the side or front of the head stuff. Measuring tape says I've gained a little, but we'll see. Let me know if you start to see some growth.
It's always good to befriend another oatmeal enthusiast :) I don't know if I really go by any specific recipes because in my mind anything can be mixed in... but I usually will stick with putting in whey protein and ground flax, a tablespoon of cashew butter and ground flax.... I love dried cranberries but have been staying away from them since they are so sugary.by the way... you are looking great... Your arms are crazy! I'll have to work on a "grrr face" of my own...
