How I Started:
I've been lifting weights since I was in 6th Grade, but after football I got up to 360+ lbs. In March of 2005, my brother and I went to the Arnold Classic and I saw in person how incredible these guys and girls looked and decided I wanted to look like that.(The guys) After I graduated from college I decided there were only 2 directions I could go from here.
Why I Love It:
I love the personal satisfaction you get from striving to achieve the goals you set. It's like a race with no finish line. There is always something you can do to improve yourself physically, whether it be to gain muscle or lose fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I took pictures on May 9, 2005 and started my transformation on June 1, 2005. Every time I feel like slacking off, I look back at those pics and realize how miserable I was.
Although I am nowhere near where I want to be, I feel I am farely close in regards to fat loss. My main concern is some loose skin around my love handle area since I lost so much weight so fast. There is not a whole lot I can do to remedy this, short of an abdominoplasty, which is not totally out of the question.

Hey Grizz, something i dont understand about lifting and dropping weight. If someones over weight like you were in your before pictures, how did you build so much muscle and lose weight? I mean you gotta eat extra calories to build muscle and less calories to cut. Im just not sure how tha works? Thanks buddy, all the best

U look fairly young so the loose skin will shink some, just give it time. I lost 52 pounds in 5 mths and as I put on muscle and got beigger the skin looked better and I'm old! I was told lazer will shrink skin also. Keep gonin. U have good symmatry, good genetics.
