Was using No explode for a week or two. Proved to be kryptonite for endurance athletes unless speed training.
First photo of the year. My main focus will be core and legs. My goal is to put as many miles cycling and running as I can on these bad boys. A photo will be taken according to my training intensity. I'm holding about 10 pounds of water weight....so as the weather warms up we should see a change.
December 25th 2006 was the end of the beginning. After already blogging about my life for a year on myspace I've found it a bit difficult to start a blog on bodybuilding.com. I guess because of my crazy schedule I haven't had much time to document my progress....
by golly, HDL! i think this stuff just may be working! my energy is thru the roof! of course i'm in my taper week and have haven't worked out hard since sunday, but i feel AMAZING! :)

IT WAS AWESOME! the official times aren't posted yet but i finished with a total time of 2:42:31 .. my goal was between 2:30 and 2:45 so i'm really happy! =)
