Overall Goal: started off great. went from 296lbs to 246lbs in 6 months. tryin to find my motivation again... it's very hard back up a little 265lbs, not happy about it need a good kick in the butt right about now. any ideas???

my workout consist of five days two days heavy lifting, two days heavy cardio and one day with a mix. because i work night shift it was hard fo rme to get a good routine down. but mine consist of tuesday through saturday with sunday and monday off to work overtime at work.

take the cuts twice a day, and think, if i dont get in2 the gym ,
azi is gonna come drag me there and do 500 pushups
