Overall Goal:  started off great. went from 296lbs to 246lbs in 6 months. tryin to find my motivation again... it's very hard back up a little 265lbs, not happy about it need a good kick in the butt right about now. any ideas???

Fit Status:  getting back on my grind slowly, hard process but it will pay off in the long run. my mental is right now i need to work on the physical...

Workout Program:
my workout consist of five days two days heavy lifting, two days heavy cardio and one day with a mix. because i work night shift it was hard fo rme to get a good routine down. but mine consist of tuesday through saturday with sunday and monday off to work overtime at work.

I think you are doing great & if you are looking to take it to the next level and get into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan as well as weightlifting and cardio routines.
