I have always tried to work out a little over the past few years. But I really started when I got here to Hawaii, and found the time and energy.
Why I Love It:
The energy, and the looks you get from people when you look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, mainly I just remember eating a cheeseburger and my chest hurting. That kind of scared me, and plus looking at all the pictures on this site motivates me alot.

Ok, I know I look desent now I wanna compete.
Goal (Long):
As of right now, I look decent as long as I keep my clothes on. But being that I live in Hawaii, the beach is an option all year long. I want to make all the ladies stare. Im married so I can't have any of them, but I still want to be stared at. So when I say I want to only gain 5 pounds. That means I want to lose all the fat weight and gain it back in muscle.

Well, for the 1.2 people wo read my blog... :) I have been in Va Beach going through training for Navy stuff so that I may go work with Spec War guys.  Well logic being what it is, if you want to play with Spec War, you gotta be in shape.  We PT every day for at least an hour running...
