lol, thanks alot man, i really appreciate that. Honestly I switch up the reps and weight every month and also it depends on which body part...right now i'm doing mainly high reps and low-med weight for most of my body but that will probably change next month...
I believe you get the best results using a good workout & nutrition program. I followed the Body for Life 12 week program and lost 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from 36% to 10% and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. I believe by using their weightlifting, cardio & nutrition program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
