How I Stay Motivated:
Most people my age look like heck and I firmly believe that after about 45-50 YO. you can loose it and never get it back.

I love boxing, but yesterday I had an opportunity took a shot at some grappling training. It was along the lines of BJJ. For a "noob" I did pretty well, except for the last session I must have gotten a little carless. I was completely humiliated and had to submit; completely...

Bone thinning is often due to imbalance in hormones (in my case estrogen...due to early onset of menopause; so I went for about ten years without producing enough to keep my bones from thinning. Lucky for me I got into lifting and reversed what I lost in only one year! I was an animal at attaining my goals...always am when I'm passionate about something...so the moral of the story is "weight lifting is great not only for muscles and looking "hot" but keeps your bones strong!"
So, tell me about yourself and we can be friends, talk about "issues" etc... gotta run...time to workout then do some artwork! POST SO PICS...AT LEAST ONE FOR GOODNESS SAKES!
My dad made all his sons learn how to box.My one brother started getting into MMA about 2yrs ago,so we started training together.Nothing to serious, more for the training.

Hi Mr. Grey! Thank you for dropping by my thread, I've been using the workout tracker now and enjoy it since it's the closest thing to my workout log that i write in. I wouldn't expect some with great threads to switch, like Samraiwise's thread. It's just full of colour and great workouts.
