pshevock Ok I am now on Day 5. Headaches went away thank god. I had to leave work it was so bad. But I kept my diet and supplement and pushed through it so hopefully it keeps good. Still strict on diet I log every meal and accountable. Watching tv is the worste with the food commercials, but I held my ground! I will weight myself Sunday and take more pix. I do have my workouts logged on my site as well Feb 4, 2012 10:44am

turbolean Hey, enjoy the ride and make every rep count! Remember, with each workout push a little harder so you can blast through any plateaus.
