Workout Program:
i work out 6 times a week, 1 day rest..well that depends on if i feel like i have done good enough on the other days, if not, i will work out on the seventh, i work 2 body parts a day, 3 exercises. I let my instincts lead me in this regard, i know a good bit of them for each body part, so i choose what ever i feel like doing for that day, i usually do a 3X10 at medium weight, then run a heavy 5x5 in quick succession to finish of the muscle.
