How I Started: I always loved lifting heavy stuff etc, but i was always skinny, so i decided that i was skinny too long, so i started lifting.

Goal (Short): i want to gain muscle and strength
Goal (Long): From the time i began lifting consistently, my goal was and still is freedom, i have no interest in being huge, i want to be between 180 and 190 and be as strong and fast as i possibly can be. The reason why i train is to eventually start doing PARKOUR, martial arts etc, so that i can pursue physical freedom i.e. "think it, do it"

Wow, nice phisyque if u don't take any supplements. I myself am natural and don't wish and want to take steroids, live drug free. However, you should consider taking some protein shakes and drinks and bars though, so it will help you build extra lean muscle. If you don't take anything before or even after you lift, your muscles will start eating away at each other. Well, at least that's what someone told me. btw, awesome back.
