my goal is to gain muscle and lose the little fat i have.
Goal (Long):
i want to gain about 5-10 ponds in muscle within a couple of months and i want to lose the little fat i have on my stomach so my abs will actually be able to show
Reason: i wanted to gain some weight to gain muscle and i heard it worked good
