I have been working out for power since 16 i am now 41 and my goal is to be shredded. I love the weight the pump the energy its always been my passion.
How I Stay Motivated:
I mainly stay motivated because its my passion but when the motivation starts slipping away i look at a fitness mag and say thats who i am.

I have always been very strong my friends use to call me g monkey i have always had the strength of a gorrila. My goal is to not just be the strongest but to be ripped to the bone man shredded. If i can do this by 42 that is july 6 everyone will be amazed. November of 2008 I got serious I am down from 270 to 243. My height is 5 6 i am benching 405. I will be 210 by july chisseled i will be i will be dammit i will be!

lifting barbell behind the neck. I have been stuck at 405 for one time for a long time i have tried gakic and aplodan and not any results that i can see. I have also tried working with dumbells instead of the strait bar all the time.
