Free gym once I started college and I always wanted to be bigger/stronger than a 6'1" 147lb pipe!
Why I Love It:
It's fun, it's challenging and it's the best way to take your mind of the stresses of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with progress pictures and training with those bigger, stronger and/or leaner than me. We can always be better!

Fruit! lol, most desserts aren't healthy so keep away from them unless you need to splurge.

A lot of healthy food tastes great naturally! Eat lots of steak, salmon, turkey, etc. It's all good!

yeah i'm tryin to do the same: bulk up. diet's kinda dirty. think mt dew and high sodium from can foods. not good! ha ha. but i'm running outdoors vice a gym and it seems to shed more fat!

Decent so far man. I'm getting a lot stronger, but I'm not really seeing any improvements in my calves. My quads are looking pretty good though.
