Okay well , this exercise is really good for ABS... really helps my friends , and other people i told about it.
*Well let me give you some tips how to do it..
*First: you need a bench.
*Second: sit like on the edge , hold the bench from behind with both hands.
*Third: Pick up , your legs and put your head down , your legs don't have to be strong but don't bend them all the way.
