I don't give up , my goal is to do it everyday at least for 45-2 hour twice a day or more. WIEGHT LIFTING ALL THE WAY!!!!!! EVERYDAY ALL DAY! I love The Resaults!

Solid start with the traps, arms and abs. A bit of extra work on lats and thickening of upper chest will help with the physique look.. Continued success. Andre
