On our cruise last December. At the "I look ok, but need to do more" stage.
About 186 and 14% bodyfat in this pic. Goal weight is 195 and 10% by January.
I’m the same way right now…I’ve seen some progress with my chest and shoulders but the belt is starting to get tight on the waist! I’m 225 lbs. now! Keep pushing bro! I’ll be looking for those progress pics.
Chains are cheap and I've used a buddy of mine's at Cardinal when I lived in Indy. I think you may be looking to hard into things. I'll call you when I get back from San Fran on Saturday.
Start hitting your tri's hard. Tri's are the final third of a bench press rep. There are lots of things to try. Board presses, towel bench, chains and bands are good to try if the gym has them.
That’s so right bro! Good luck on your new job! My work schedule has been pretty rough lately and has had its effect on training some. I’m finding it harder and harder to get out of bed at 4am to get to the gym and it’s cutting into my workout time.
Well that sounds awesome bro! Arlington is in the middle of Dallas and FW so its central... Plus a ton of famous pro bodybuilders lift in Arlington at metroflex and golds. So that would probably be a good place or somewhere around there. I will think about putting on a clinic for sure.
I have always had a strong bench and leg lifts. I start my lifts with flat bench 205x10, 225x8, 245x6 and 275x4-6
decline same pattern but heavier lifts, incline same pattern as well, do alot of weighted dips. not much to go on but i hope it helps man.
Hey buddy I hope all is well!
DFW is the place to be in Texas for mma in my opinion. Everywhere else is normally too one demensional. Atleast in DFW if you go to a place that is a World Class BJJ gym in Fort Worth... There is a World Class Boxing gym just 15 minutes away... Or Olympic Gold Medalist Wrestlers in Dallas about 30 away.
I would say DFW is the best. Best of luck with the move!
Glock is a fine weapon. I like any .45. I'm a big fan of the Para Ordinance line and have several. Also like the springfield armory XD line... Simialr feel to a glock with a lot of tactle safety features and indicators. keep pressing pal ...and shoot straight.
My family minus one......that would be ME! lol! Is enjoying 75+ degree weather and sunny skies at Myrtle Beach as we speak. i've been receiving beer can photos all day! lol! my friends can really rub it in!
