I have a bench press competition coming up soon and i was wondering if anyone had advice for me 2 trrain i hafto put up 200 lbs as many times as i can for reps wich shouldnt be a problem i currently weight 204lbs and i wanna win lol its just for fun at the gym but im excited so if anyone can...
What I eat depends on how much time I have pre- or post-training. I really feel the best decision I've made regarding diet (besides upping my total caloric intake) is eating a pound of cottage cheese before bed every night.
You're not bugging me at all. Right now I'm on Animal Pak, Animal Flex, whey protein, creatine, and omega-3s (fish and flax oil). Regardless of what I do, I take those supplements every single day. Diet is MUCH more important than supplements.
I put on size very quickly when I learned how to eat for my metabolism. I ate a ton of food and still didn't gain. My problem was that I was comparing my food portions to everyone else's. When I stopped comparing and ate for my own personal goals, I gained mass. What and when you eat is more important than what you do in the gym. Be selfish - Do it for YOU.
