After reading Amanda Ripley's book I figured it WAS time to prepare for the unthinkable. I have been a bum. I have not gained weight but my shirts do not fit like they used to and I feel soft. So it is back to the gym. I lose motivation as my "other" is really not into...
Hey Greg, how's the iron treating you? I'm in mass adding mode so I've gotten a little flabby enjoying the additional calories. This fun will end come Jan 1 when my contest conditioning begins. -Jeff
needed to take care of some things lots of stuff going on at that time - got to focused on worrying about broken promises and unfulfilled dreams - Im back now - thats what counts - how have you been ??
Glad to hear he's doing better! I think a lot of it is cumulative since I hadn't had an adjustment in over 2 years. Plus, I have a ponticulous posticus on my right side that doesn't help by slightly blocking the vertebral artery. Between that and my levator scap being very spasmed out, that was the main cause of the headaches during sets.
Mornin' Greg, good to hear from ya! I was having intense pressure pain around my occiput and temporal regions during working sets whenever my blood pressure would raise. Went to my new chiro (check out her pic in that past blog, she's a heavyweight builder!) and found I had almost no curve in my neck and after a spinal scan I had 10 different subluxations and a lot of spasmed out muscles around all those, particularly in my suboccipitals.
Ahh, I didn't know you had all that microtrauma. Glad to hear you're recovering though and taking it easier. Good to hear from ya! How's KDP doin by the way?
