Workout Program:
Started a new program this week to start cutting some of the fat--- Tabata. Talk about intense. I'm into day 5 and every muscle is sore---especially my legs. I will do the Tabata training for 6 weeks and will try to post some progress pictures--intend to be ripped up.

Thanks! I was using P90X...it's a good program. I don't know if I believe all the muscle confussion stuff, but it has a great meal plan and of course you have to "bring it" during your workouts. I was seeing results until I had to recover from surgery.
