I'd like to add about 10 lbs. of muscle to my frame while flattening my stomach.
Goal (Long):
Facing 50, my goal is pretty simple: a return to a healthier body so I can face the next years on my feet instead of my back. I've had some health challenges that have reminded me that doing nothing is no longer an option. With that in mind, I'd like to add strength and some mass to my upper body and legs without adding to my stomach, keeping moderation in mind to prevent (recurring) lower back and knee injuries. I'm thin; my body fat is already low at 5.7%, so I don't need to work on that. My ideal weight would be around 145-150. Although I'd like to make gains before the summer of 2009, this is more a long-term health issue than a quick fix.
This guy has worked hard using only home equipment and has made impressive gains in his arms and torso--exactly what I hope to accomplish. Check the pics!
