I'm on a schedule of eating and a certain nutrition plan, so I am not eating out anymore. ;) So I either bring my own food or go according to my schedule. No competing just yet. :)

Had a good weekend. Hubs was away working, so I was on my own. Got a good workout saturday and cooked all day, then took kiddies out for dinner, was fun. I watched them eat their dinner and dessert and didn't eat anything til I got home... Now that is discipline. How was urs?

try to keep that range of motion...stiff isn't good. :) Hoping ur back to normal soon.

trying to just get this hip flexor to heal. Had kids on vacation last week, so it was minimal workouts and my two daughters got sick...haave a great week.

heal up and u'll be back to training in no time. Percocet huh? I was only allowed to take Ibuprofen for mine... I wish I had percocet ;p

Afternoon, training is starting to pick up again. I'm still not supposed to be running or lifting heavy, but I did a bit today... Just gotta get the energy level back up I think. You having a good week so far?
