I was 150 pounds overweight very anxious all the time I was afraid to be in a bikini. Took so many diet pills I starved my self and still didnt loose the weight I wanted. I had problems with my health, knee surgery. My doctors told me I cannot run again. Guess what!
I have no more anxiety, I lost all the weight and now I am competing for my first triathlon for a great cause. I changed my diet and i am working out 5 times a week. I am very happy and I am really proud of wearing a bikini.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because Its makes me feel Happy, energy, it makes me more causious of what I put in my mouth. I do workout an 2 hours almost a day. Including Running, stability, stregnth, and weights.

Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma and all type of cancers from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.
In Memory of my Grand Mother Mrs. Asimina Halaris, Mr. Paul Katsihtis (Paul Katsihtis, Memorial Charitable Foundation), Mrs. Kaliopi Foraki, Mr. Athanasios Bellos.
I hope you will visit my web site often. Please forward this email to anyone you know to support this cause. Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress. Thanks for your support!
